Semi- Private Training
Workout with your friends and family (2-3 people with semi-private training). This option provides a more personalized and budget friendly workout experience with others who have similar goals.
Small Group Fitness Classes
We limit our classes sizes to 6-10 people per class to provide a more personalized workout experience.
Small Group formats include: Circuit Training, Pilates Reformer, Aerial Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Candlelight Restorative Yoga, and Pilates/Barre Combo Classes.

New to Pilates Reformer and/or Yoga? This is a great place to start. Get 3 private sessions at a discounted rate to introduce you to Pilates or Yoga. The goal of these 3 individualized sessions are to 1. introduce these formats 2. teach the fundamentals 3. prepare and get you comfortable for our small group classes
